Join us for an unforgettable evening of elegance, reflection, and impact at the Black Tie May Fair Gala. All the funds raised from the event will go to support our mission of delivering ambulances and aid to Ukraine.

We are hugely grateful to The May Fair Hotel who are supporting us in this and have shown tremendous generosity in allowing us to hold the event at their amazing five-star hotel in Mayfair

This exclusive event brings together donors, diplomats, frontline heroes, and changemakers to raise essential funds.

The event will take place in the magnificent Crystal Room

The evening will showcase some of the work already done by Help4Ukraine: short films, convoys and missions, and images from our work over the last three years. As well as a chance to meet some of the team and some of our drivers who have been to Ukraine and personally handed over ambulances we have an exciting evening of speakers planned:

A retired army chaplain, who worked in Ukraine evacuating people from the towns around the front line. And who served the army medical corps looking after the wounded

A journalist who has been to Eastern Ukraine as recently as this Summer. Working with the aid teams and hearing from them

An expert in the field of munitions who can tell you what it’s like for ordinary people, going about their daily lives, living in the world’s most mined country.

In addition, meet some of the team, drivers who have been to Ukraine delivering aid.

Later in the evening there will be an exclusive live auction.
