RAISING FUNDS
We will help you fundraise. Whether that’s through donations or events, whether you have your own funds or maybe corporate sponsors. We will help you identify the best way to raise money and support you all the way. Tell us what you’d like to do

We have all the written content you need. We have images and videos of previous missions. We can locate the recipient or have you nominate one. We will give you all the help and support you need and provide all the content you require to raise the funds

TARGET
It costs £9,000 to buy an ambulance, fill it up, deliver it to where it’s needed and return the driver’s home safely. You can set a target to raise £9,000 and, with a friend, deliver the ambulance. Or raise £4,500, and we will find co-drivers to go with you. Introduce you to them before you leave, and support the entire mission
IF YOU GET STUCK
If you’re short of your target or get stuck for ideas, we will be there to help. We will work with you to make sure you raise your target and deliver the aid

BUYING THE AMBULANCE
We will source the ambulance through our reputable and proven partner. It will be checked and serviced before it leaves their facility. We will tax, insure and MOT the vehicle. It can then be collected by you from their facility, or we can take it to our warehouse
LOADING THE AMBULANCE
If you have collected items, we will tell you how to document them correctly and add them to the vehicle manifest. We have two storage facilities where we have items ready to go and also deal with the NHS to supply much-needed equipment. We will make sure the vehicle is loaded before it goes

DRIVING TO UKRAINE
We will organise a convoy. You and other drivers. We have delivered over 50 ambulances and have undertaken multiple missions already. We will prepare all the documentation and lead the convoy. If you need drivers, we have a team who have done this before. If you want to drive, we will make sure you join one of our convoys
CROSS THE BORDRER?
Not everyone want to cross the border. If you don’t that’s fine, we have the team to get your ambulance across the border. If you do cross over we will be with you. We will overnight in Lviv after handing over to our team in Ukraine. Their job is to complete the last leg of the journey and deliver the ambulance to the team that needs it

SAFELY HOME
Whether staying in Poland or overnight in Lviv, we will extract you to Krakow and your return flight home
AFTER DELIVERY
We will share with you images and videos of the recipients and let you know who received the ambulance and all the items you sent. Any special messages you have left with the vehicle, we guarantee they will receive.
