Millions of people have had to flee their homes in Ukraine, and everything they’ve ever known. Thousands have been killed including many children and thousands more physically injured.

Not knowing about loved ones, or when they will return and living in constant fear of the latest news updates while trying to find a new refuge and build a new life has taken a toll on Ukrainians’ mental health.

Help4Ukraine is dedicated to helping the people of Ukraine. From sending ambulances and medical aid to hospitals to supporting front-line field medical support, and ensuring people have safe passage away from the war zones.

In the UK charities are dealing with the trauma of those now rebuilding what they have. The charity MIND is doing great work for anyone needing help.

The Help4Ukraine Head of Operations, John Fuggles, is undertaking the UK National Three Peaks Challenge to help support this and raise money. You can donate directly to this fundraising effort here. The Challenge is being undertaken by John and by his colleagues at work.

The Challenge will be to walk all three peaks within 24 hours. A total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft)
