Every vehicle and every item of equipment sent by Help4Ukraine goes to where it is needed most. We receive numerous requests and will only accept those that we can verify and with duly authorised documentation. If you

At final delivery, and at our handover to Save Kyiv charity in Lviv, we have a full manifest check.

Every item loaded in the UK is confirmed as received and a report returned to us.

For the vehicles themselves we receive back a completed copy of the Акти Прийому Швидких (Emergency Admissions Acts form). Below is one example of the original form and an image of the convoy delivering the vehicle. Eight ambulances in total were delivered on this mission.
